These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the KKKT Temboni application, website, member communication tools, donation and pledge features, and all related services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
The platform is provided to support church administration, member engagement, communication, worship service coordination, pledges, offerings, and payment processing. You agree to use the service only for lawful activities and in a way that does not disrupt, damage, or misuse the application or its users.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and protecting login credentials. Any activity performed through an authenticated account is treated as authorized by that user unless reported otherwise to the organization.
Where the application supports offerings, donations, or pledge payments, users must provide accurate payment details and complete transactions in good faith. Submitted payments may be subject to verification, internal approval processes, and applicable financial recordkeeping obligations.
The platform may send notifications, reminders, and service-related messages through email, SMS, or in-app channels. By using the platform, you consent to operational communications that are necessary for account access, updates, reminders, receipts, and church administration.
Users must not upload, submit, or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful. The organization may remove content or restrict access where necessary to protect the platform, members, or compliance requirements.
The application may store personal and organizational data needed to operate church management workflows. Data is handled for administration, reporting, communication, and service delivery. Access may be limited by role and internal permissions.
The service may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons. Features, workflows, and access rules may change without prior notice when reasonably necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, the organization is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, data inaccuracies provided by users, or third-party payment or communication service failures.
Access may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these terms, compromises the security of the platform, or uses the system in a way that conflicts with church policies or applicable law.
For questions about these Terms and Conditions or for policy review purposes, use the public support and contact pages available on this website.
